Rated 1 out of 5 by twiddlydee Couldn't assemble it, poor padding on seat. Nice looking chair but it was poorly prepped for assembly. The screw holes in the smaller ring were not tapped to accept the screws. This made the stool impossible to assemble, so I returned it. Even if the holes were properly tapped, they didn't line up with the holes in the chair legs. Very frustrating!Otherwise, the parts seem of good, sturdy quality. One other disappointment, though -- the padding on the "5 inch thick" seat is only about 1 inch thick. I was expecting an over-stuffed seat pad. Not! I wouldn't want to sit in this stool for any length of time.I returned mine to the store, which was actually convenient for me. That's the one plus to this buying experience. 04/10/2013
