Came with Batteries Woody was shipped to our house before christmas. My daughter has not seen him yet but looks good in the box. The batteries will need to be replaced as he sounds kind of tired. I hope some new batteries will improve his speech. 12/16/2010
Christmas present I got this for my almost 3 yr old grandson for Christmas. He LOVES everything about Toy Story 3 and specifically asked for Woody. I love that he is flexible and that his hat comes off. I made sure I got one that talked too. Great toy! 12/14/2010
