This product has been a life saver! My daughter was jumping out of her crib and since I installed this, she has been safely staying where she belongs. I was worried that because I don't have a standard crib that this wouldn't work but I am happy to report that even with my sleigh crib, this product has been great. 08/06/2007
Kitty keep out!! I am really thilled with this product. I was worried about letting her sleep in the crib with our cat always wanting to climb around. I didn't want to have to keep the door closed so this was how I solved the issue. Other reviews state it was hard to put together, but my husband had it together and on the crib in a few minutes. The cat climbed all over it the first day. It held his weight, so I can relax to know my baby is safe and happy inside. This is a great product and my peace of mind I get is awesome. Great to keep climbers in We purchased this product after researching what to do about our 20-month-old, who was already climbing out of the crib but not quite mature enough to understand sleeping in a big-boy bed. I had doubts that a flimsy net would keep him in, but it definitely does.The net attaches with five or six strong velcro straps on each side of the crib, and at the ends there is a long piece of nylon that ties to the underside of the crib as well as velcro-ing together on the back. You have to unzip the "tent" area to get your child out, which works well. He can't reach/undo the zipper and doesn't try to get out when it's shut.My only complaint is that it's really hard to take down and put back up. OK, hard is not exactly right ... it's really just time consuming. All those strong velcro straps hold together so well that they're hard for me to undo. And then the thing is bulky and doesn't transport well, so if you're going to sleep over at grandma's, you ought to consider getting a second one.All that said, it's done the job it was supposed to do, which is to keep our active boy safe and sound in his crib every night without us worrying that he's running around in the dark and about to fall down the stairs. 08/15/2007
A sleep saver! We purchased this product for our 22 month old son. He went from being an amazing sleeper to a night wander. He would climb out of his crib at all hours of the night and we'd find him playing with toys in his room or even riding his little riding toy around the house. We decided to switch to a big boy bed which made the sleep problem worse! So, my husband put his crib back together and we purchased the tent. He still has some trouble falling asleep but at least we know he can't escape and has been sleeping through the night. I think it could be sold for cheaper, but I was willing to pay anything to keep us sleeping through the night! 07/01/2009
