Rated 4 out of 5 by GettinFit420 Works well with the right motivation. I bought this home gym and didn't use it for several months. I finally found a diet plan that worked for me and decided the couple it with a daily exercise plan as well. Using this product after work while going to the gym for cardio a few times a week I lost 40lbs in 3 months. I don't use it much at the moment, I've gained back a few pounds but it's because I stopped using it and doing all the other good things I had going. But I'm happy to say that today is the day I get back to droppin fat! I just ordered a treadmill from good 'ol Walmart.com and it's scheduled to arrive any time now. I've already started watching what I eat again, getting ready to get the cardio and total gym going as well. Just more convenient now.As for this product, it's easy to use and store. It's pretty comfortable for a gym-like machine too. Sometimes the exercise was just fun and only after doing it for a long period of time did it really feel like a workout. My wife noticed the difference in my arm strength very early on. I just wish it had more of a cardio component before being called a "Total Gym". 02/10/2011
