Rated 1 out of 5 by mroman Stopped working before six months! In the beginning it worked fine, but just a few months after I got it, my laptop didn't recognize it. I thought it was a problem with my laptop, so I tried another computer, then another computer, and a few more, and nothing! I called Toshiba, and all they can do is replace it, so I either lose everything that I have stored in it, or take it to Best Buy and pay $100, which is more than what I paid for it, to get it all out. And of course, Toshiba won't cover that fee. Not to forget to mention that my laptop is also a Toshiba, and is also another piece of junk! Terrible brand!!!! 04/18/2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by justmebethb Wrong color Buying online was easy. Picking it up in the store was not. There was a very long line, and when they located my item, it was the wrong color. I bought a black one on purpose and it was burgundy, not black. A basic "how to use this" sheet would have been helpful. 02/10/2013
