Rated 4 out of 5 by kaybee1959 Makes a Great Foot Rest for People With Desk Jobs Don't know about it as exercise equipment (haven't tried it for that.) I bought this to use as a footrest -- one that gives your feet something to play with while you're working at a desk. It's great for that. (I had thought about buying one of those pedal exercisers instead of this, but I suspect this is superior to those. You can do all sorts of repetitive motions in a variety of positions, or, just use it as a regular foot rest.) 09/13/2012
