Rated 2 out of 5 by MooseChick Ineffective and Wobbly I tried this product and was disappointed that it was a bit difficult to use the wheel (actually 2 wheels) without tipping to one side or another. And I did not feel the effort in my stomach, just my arms, shoulders and lower back. For me, it strained my wrists also. 01/13/2011

When the product first arrived, the delivery person failed to bring the arrival to my attention, and the snow soaked the box, so when I went to pick it up out of the snow, the entire contents of the box splattered everywhere; way to make my exercising a secret. The metal pole that goes through the wheel was crushed in, which makes me slightly offbalanced when I use it, and there was no manual to state how to use this tool properly. 03/02/2011
