good gps-bad service connected gps to computer- tom tom home would not launch. finally found a tech and he informed me that for $30 he would help me solve my problem. without tom tom home I cannot access my free maps. Why should I be charged to fix something that didn't work when new.This is my second Tom tom.I like the larger screen on this one. Haven't used it on a long trip yet( we pull a travel trailer) has worked great in the city. good pois. good lane guidance. 03/30/2011
