Sweet and simple The raclette is very simple in design. A heating coil with a thin grill plate on top and 6 spaces underneath for broiling. It heats quickly and evenly. The little pans tend to cook faster toward the center of the raclette. The grill plate is removable for easy cleaning. The grill plate is a little small for 6 people. It would be perfect for 3-4. We celebrated New Year's using our new raclette, we were not disappointed. It was just as much fun as the raclette we used when we lived in Holland. Great value! 01/17/2011
