For <$50, other watchs look good but poor made. After spending 30+min going through the watches at Walmart this one stood out. Many other watches tried to be too flashy and most weren't nearly as solidly constructed as their appearance let on.Bottom line, for the <$50 mark its a solid, well made, expensive looking, comfortable, elegant watch. This is coming from a picky engineering student.I'd absolutely recommend it.Negatives:-like all clasp watches the band is time consuming to get set to ur wrist size-like many analog watches, the second hand produces a pretty load/annoying "tick" noise 10/22/2011

SECOND TIME PURCHASE! I lost the first one, purchased by my wife as a birthday gift two years ago. I felt so bad I wanted to replace it so she doesn't find out!
