You can keep your place free from unwanted odors and cigarette smoke with its activated charcoal filter, while the air purifiers HEPA filter removes common contaminants. You can switch on the Sensors turn Filter Fan when the air is contaminated, or you can switch it off to save energy. This home air purifier is all you need to keep your room fresh and clean.
Tiger America Corp Air Purifier with Neg Ionizer AKH A25U:A Negative Ion Generator removes unwanted Positive Particulates from the air and sends them through a dual filtration stage, High Efficiency Particulate True HEPA filter plus an Activated Charcoal Filter collection medium. Removes odors and common household airborne particles of 0.3 micron particulate and larger. Designed for room size areas of up to 110 square feet. Space-saving upright styling makes it suitable for home or office use. True HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of most common contaminants. Activated charcoal filter captures gasses, cigarette smoke and odors at a 90% level. Negative ion generator circulates trillions of air cleaning ions to remove air impurities. I am a smoker but if you were to enter my home you would not smell smoke of any kind altho it takes time to clean the air while I am smoking but when I wake up the air in the apt. is clean. I bought two of them and I live alone in a three bedroom and they are doig the job. I am sure that this is what a non smoker that lives with a smoker needs. I don't like to smell smoke lingering in the air I used to have to air out often. I don't waste the heat any more Thank you. 01/20/2011
Just What I have been looking for! I have tried many air purifiers and none compare to this one. I smoke and this is perfect for smokers. I run it 24 hrs a day and I also love the ion blue light around the purifier for a night light. People that dont smoke come in the house and can't tell I smoke. It's that good. I love the automatic sensor and timer too. I am having trouble find a replacement filter online but other than that it is great. It collects dust very good too. I just vaccum the filter weekly and you can even successfully wash the filter a few times before it needs replacement. None others compare. Love It!!! 03/25/2011
Great Product My husband has bad allergies and just moved to a house where there is animals, smoke, and other allergins. He keeps it in his room and enters when he is feeling really stuffy and congested but when he wakes up he feels much better. This product does the job. It is slightly loud. 06/04/2011
This Tiger Air Purifier is great! We decided to purchase this air purifier because of the reviews it received and the price was right. Well it works even better than we ever imagined. Both of us go around blowing our noses and sniffling all day every day. It is sitting in the bedroom and we wanted to try it out before buying another one. This weekend we decided it was time to buy one for the living room and it should be here any day now. Almost bought the Blue-Air brand but honestly don't think it could possibly be as good as this one. We love it. 07/10/2011
