I love this Book! It has so many different workouts that I will never get bored. I currently subscribe to Women's Health Magazine and I constantly cut out work outs and add them to my health binder. Now I don't have to because they are all in the book. Walmart has this book at the lowest price, shipping was only $2.00, and I received it in less then 5 days. Very good buy!

I bought the men's book for my grandson and his sister was interested in it so I gave her the women's book. I ordered one of each again today to give to any family member who is interested in eating right, shaping up and getting healthy. In the meantime I use the book for myself.

I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to add strength training to their routine and not knowing where to start. It will help you get going and I love that it has pictures with every exercise so there is no guess work. There are so many exercises that you can do at home with minimal equipment and this book has really built up my confidence in doing free weights at the gym!

Why I wouldn't recommend this book is because there's a lot of similar exercises. For example, there can be several pages about just one exercise with some little changes. Also, most of the exercises require different equipment. You have to have your own little gym at home to use this book. I do like though that they explain how you need to workout if you want certain results, but that's only a few pages.
