I am into the read and the information loaded in this book, but since I have only had it a few days it is difficult to give the highest rating. Value is certainly within the reasonable range. This book is most popular because I first attempted to get it from my local lirary but I had 28 people in the cue prior to me. Good luck in your choice of healthy living! 03/28/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★ by THE VIRGIN DIET; ANSWER TO LEAKY GUT BETTER HEALTH This book is the greatest information possible, especially for those suffering with leaky gut, and reinforces Dr. Oz's similar recommendations. It took me over four years of trial-and-error before weeding out those foods causing the gut grief, whereas Ms Virgin's book identifies them upfront and classifies foods in the low, median, high scale of effectiveness. I'm taking this book to my next doctor's appointment to show him the sensitivity factor that even his office nurse identified. 09/17/2013

Rated 3 out of 5★ by Worked but I lost "umph" This plan definitely works in the beginning!! I went from 196lbs down to 180lbs in about 2 months using the shakes & removing eggs, milk, gluten etc. BUT, it seems my body was allergic to cheese & built up a tolerance? Once I cleaned out my system, I break out in HIVES now when I eat cheese or eggs! It's OK though, I can live without it.But this diet is tough to stick to (especially the shakes), although the message is pretty easy to understand. The book definitely helps you see food and nutrition in a new way - I don't eat a lot of foods that I "thought" were "healthy" (but aren't) because of it. I haven't lost more weight, but I'm keeping it off. 12/17/2013
