Great Product! This is just like the ones I used at the gym. It is large, but it gives you a better workout than the smaller one. The DVD is awesome! It's great for beginners and even those who have stepped in the past that are getting back into it. The Step is very sturdy and does not slide on the carpet during the workout. 05/28/2009
Great Step I have been stepping for years, and at home I've only had a cheaper, smaller step. I finally decided to upgrade to this step and have been very pleased with it. It is solid, sturdy, and has plenty of room to move to increase heart rate more efficiently.The Step came with a Cathe DVD, which I love (it has a beginner and an advance workout), although there may be a different video in each Step box.I only gave four stars for value because for plastic, this seems priced a bit high, but Walmart.com was the cheapest place I could find this step. Once again, Site To Store is a great value. 04/23/2009
step-wonderful product for exercises this product provides everything you need to do exercises and have fun while you do iti love the dvd that came with the productandwalmart's "ship to store" is the only way to buy on the internet because the purchaser does not pay freight chargesandthe product was at my walmart store 7 days earlier than promised 05/31/2009
Excellent step and great DVD Highly recommend this over the smaller but less expensive ones - well worth the price. The size and width of this step makes it well worth the price. You really need that extra space so you can step up and down without tripping over and can complete all the routines without tangling your legs.The product itself is well made, sturdy and very easy to setup. The DVD (Cathy Diedrich) is excellent for beginners to get the steps right and the cardio-weight session (1 hour long) will surely help you drop weight in a hurry or tone you up. I've been following the cardio-weight session two to three times a week for a couple of weeks and it feels great and I am getting leaner.Highly recommend this unit for beginners or advanced users, especially for those who don't have the time or budget to go to a gym. Buy some free weights, this step unit and you have all you need for an intense work out. 03/24/2009
