It's the best way for you to get a great cardio workout. I've been using an elliptical bike for year and I've gotten quicker and better results with the stepper. It's safe and sturdy. I would suggest it be used with an exercise mat or on a carpet. But all in all it's a great affordable workout.

A great stepper.  sturdy enough to feel secure, and wide enough to get both feet on.  Haven't used the riser yet working my self up to it.   am 75 years old and glad I bought it.

I can slide it left and right on a rugged surface it will stay in one piece !
Can add more step Risers ! One more set may be safe (that's on a personal own safety judgement )

Stepping up!

I have been out of the exercise routine for several years. This step is great for beginners, or retraining.

Looks professional and is sturdy.  I don't put mine on the hardwood floor because it may slip.  I don't know that it would but it doesn't weigh much so I put it on carpet.  Just a thought.

serves the purpose

Bought this for my 86 year old mother inlaw. To use for her PT she loves it a big hit. Very stable for her.

The feet don't lock into place but the stability is still sound.  Otherwise I would have given a full 5 stars.

I would not recommend this product to anyone!  It is not stable when you try to slide or move the Stepper?  The pieces shift and are not held in place?  They should have a more solid connection!  A snap type of connection?
