Frankel, star of The Real Housewives of New York City and author of the best-selling Naturally Thin, is back with more advice for dieters. She offers ten rules, e.g., use what you have, taste as you go, and use the leftovers. Frankel doesn't give a list of foods to eat but presents 60 basic recipes, each with several variations. Time-starved cooks are bound to appreciate Frankel's advice and flexible dishes. Highly recommended.

The recipes that are included are low fat but have taste. It also gives suggestions on what you can substitute. Plus it encourages you to use what you have on hand. 08/29/2010
