Rated 4 out of 5 by lovedemmovies Fun Escapism The Scorpion King is a prequel to The Mummy and is a pretty good action movie with some dashes of humor throughout. The Mummy had a lot of occult stuff in it, as was expected -- The Scorpion King is more of action-adventure with some, but not a lot of occult type things. Blu-ray version has good picture and great sound. A good popcorn movie. 04/24/2012
