Does the High Step come with the 4 blocks that are advertised?

I would think that the 200# max. might be a conservative number to protect the company. I think at 210 with relatively light weights, you'd still be okay. Of course, I am not the manufacturer or an expert in the field. I do, however, weigh 175 pounds and use the high step with weight that would cause the total to exceed 200#. Good luck!

I weight 175 and have used a 40lb barbell with it for leg presses if that gives you an indication.

You should be fine. 200lbs is for precautionary reasons. If you're loosing weight, then that's great!

I think you will be fine. It is just a warning. This will help you lose weight if you do the video, and keep a healthy diet.

It seems pretty sturdy to me. I would think it would be tough to break. That's just my opinion. ;-)

I noticed it says 200 max weight. What if you are 210 and you want to use 10-15 pound dumbbells. Will it break?

I ordered this product just for the risers, but I used the high step along with the DVD that came with it and I loved it! The workout using this step is challenging and fun! I got more than what I expected and the price was reasonable. The only thing bad that I would have to say is that when I received the package the box was falling apart. It looked as if it had been taped multiple times, but when I opened the package the step did not appear to have been used. The step was in excellent condition and so were the risers.

I just needed something portable to take to my clients since, I am a personal trainer. It works for me.

This step is great!
1. it is light and easy to move
2. it stay put, so very safe to use,
3. easy to adjust by taking apart to adjust height
4. so many uses for this to exercise

The High Step meets all our expectations, no slip on our tile floors, perfect size our use, seems very durable, stores on a relatively small footprint, arrived ahead of schedule at a Walmart store nearby, pricing was very competitive.

My wife loves the STEP product.  The product has helped her progress her physical conditioning.

while this is sturdy and is nice and high, it is very small. This is about the size of a step stool. It is not very wide at all. Getting both feet on it at once is possible, but during aerobic exercise you will need to be careful. If this had been wider like most steppers, it would have gotten a much higher rating from me. Kinda disappointed but not enough to go through the hassle of returning it.

Not what I expected, I bought believing it was 14" inches high, according to the description, and is only 12" inches.

Received this and the box was so ripped apart and put back together but I remained positive. Got home and opened the box to find a very dirty, used and damaged product. The DVD wasn't even in the box. Going back to the store ASAP! Very sad Walmart.
