Rated 5 out of 5★ by delicious recipes I was worried by some negative reviews I read after I purchased this book. Some complained the book lacked real recipes or weren't healthy. The complaints are true, but not enough to warrant a scathing review. There are plenty of recipes that taste great, are healthy, and require more than just slapping a few ingredients together. Over all I'm pleased with the book because every recipe I tried has been delicious. Apple muffins, black bean brownies, to name a few. Glad I bought the book and didn't pay attention to those negative reviews. 07/28/2014
