Customer Product Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5★ by 1reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5★ by A+ for Apology I wanted to learn more about how to apologize and why it was important. The series of 6 Audio CD's breaks down the parts of an apology (expressing regret, accepting responsibility, making restitution, genuinely repenting and requesting forgiveness) and gives real life examples. It also references the Religious aspects of apology. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking self improvement and understanding others. 04/23/2008
