Rated 1 out of 5 by mommy612 never quiet, stopped working after 5months I loved this pump at first. It is very comfortable, however it has never been quiet. Unless you're pumping on the lowest setting...which doesn't pump any milk. I put batterries in it a week after my son was born to use it in the car on a road trip. I still had to carry the entire base along with it, no big deal really. I left the batterries in there and just used it in the wall after that. 5 months later I want to use the batterry operation again for a trip and the batterries were corroded. They were brand new when I put them in. One side lost suction after 4 months and today I go to use the one side that was still working and it doesn't work anymore either. I had cleaned out what little mess the batterry left and still had no improvement and the warranty is expired. Expensive pump that didn't even last a full 6 months and since I'm breastfeading untill one year old I ha e to buy another one. Thanks the first years for a terrible product 12/27/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by sunflower2008 Great Pump for anybody. Beyond excellent! Ten times easier to clean then the Lansioh product. I have hand no trouble with it. The Lansinoh product I had to return 5 times. The only bad thing is that if you accidentally bend over with the pumps on ..milk will get in the tube. Otherwise an awesome product!! 12/26/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by CupcakesMama Great For The Price I love this pump. It gets the job done. The reason I didnt give five stars is because the tote bag is kinda small and the pump doesn't really allow any room for movement. Other than that I love it! If you need a good pump and dont have hundreds of dollars to spend, BUY THIS PUMP!! 12/25/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by MLW1112 Waste of Time and Money I stupidly bought this because of the cute tote to carry it in.Within 1 week the pump lost total suction and had to be replaced. By the time that came in the mail, the breast shields had become completely flared and would not fit. Replacement parts take too long to arrive by mail (usually just over a week after you manage to talk to a representative). It is also VERY LOUD (despite being advertised as quiet). The pump is heard throughout my entire house (up and down stairs) even when my door is shut and the TV is on. The pump isn't powerful at all, even when working properly. I can pump for 30 minutes and barely get 2oz, then immediately use a hand pump and get another 4oz in 15-20 minutes. The pump is also built at a very flat angle. If your nipples do not naturally point towards the ground, you will have to pump while leaning slightly forward, which is a total pain for your back! If you sit straight up, the milk will pool around your nipple and drain out the breast shield all over you. This pump is purely one issue after another. If you buy it for the cheap price, be sure to buy a manual pump as well because you will need it while you wait over a week for replacement parts to arrive in the mail. If you want to buy it for the cute tote, just buy a tote separately for a different pump.If you have the money, buy a more expensive/higher quality pump. In the case of a breast pump, the higher priced ones WILL offer you a higher quality. If you don't think a high quality pump is important, punch yourself in the breast and ask yourself, "Do I want to feel this pain for over a week while waiting for replacement parts?" 12/17/2012
