The First Years Everywhere Gate creates an effective barrier that offers protection to your baby. The clear plastic panel design offers see-through visibility for you to keep an eye on your baby, while in another room. It is free of foot or handholds to curtail your little wanderer's instinct to climb out of the enclosed area. It is designed to fits doorways, hallways, or stairways up to 42-1/2 inches wide, you can be assured of your childs safety while providing a little independence. This baby safety gate is portable as it features a carry handle. It comes with mounting brackets to secure the gate making hardware mounting stronger. Wonderful product I bought 2 of the gates for the top and bottom of my stairs. The gates didn't take long at all to put up. They are very easy to open even with just one hand. My daughter loves being able to look through the gate. They are very safe and highly recommended!! My life is so much easier not worrying about my daughter going up or down the stairs without my supervision. Great value. 02/29/2008
Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a must have for any parent! My daughter had conquered her previous baby gate by putting her toes through the holes. Because this is solid clear plastic she can't climb it! AND we don't trip over it because we are not having to climb it as well! 02/29/2008
works for us I love this gate. we have it installed at the top of the stairs. it is durable. we plan on getting another one for the foot of the staircase. i like it because it swings out like a door so you don't have to take it down everytime you need to go downstairs. 02/20/2008
Excelent! I read all the reviews before i bought this gate and i completly agree, this gate is GREAT! Im not too sure what everyone was talking about re:the instalation, it took my husband 10 minutes to install using the mounting kit. We liked it so much we went out and bought another for the bottom of the stairs because our 8 month old insisted on climbing...The one thing i will complain about is that when we got the frist one shipped to us UPS damaged it and the whole handle was shredded down to barly nothing, it took a long time to get it swapped out with a new one. 02/19/2008
