      Looking to Lose Weight? This product is great! I was looking for an exercise program that I could do at home to lose weight around my abdominals.. I lost TWO inches off my waist in just four days! I could also see how slender my thighs were getting. They don't have that "jiggle" to them anymore. I can also see how strong I'm getting. This summer, I know I'll be able to feel beautiful in a bikini swimsuit again! The DVD was easy to follow, and a lot of fun. I have tried the diet pills, slim fast, other crazy exercise programs, but nothing could compete with this! It's amazing! I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight or build up some muscle! 01/14/2008

      Great for moms I was looking for something to do at home after my kids went to sleep. This is great!! It's only 30 minutes long and is easy to do. It's also a great workout your abs will be sore the next day. 11/05/2007
      This is a great workout. It's really easy to do, and I feel it immediately after and the next day. The cover of the DVD says you'll see visible results in 10 workouts, I haven't seen any yet, but I've only used it three times so far, so that's not a disappointment.
