      It works I like the band, I don't feel like it's going to snap when I pull on it for the exercises. I use this video along with some moves given to me by a gym instructor. It does it's job. I'm a beginner and the video it provides seems like you're doing little minor workouts, but they make you sweat a little. I have already seen an improvement. 04/29/2009
