Rated 5 out of 5 by mplanier Great product for an effective workout!! I use to work out five days a week and was in tip top shape because my former employer had an onsite gym. I changed jobs and my new employer didn't have an onsite gym so little by little my work outs lessened until I wasn't working out at all. Obviously I gained weight and now I'm trying to find an effective workout that I can do at home that's cost effective. I was doing a boot camp but it cost a lot of money, I had to get up very early to get there and it just wasn't convenient with my work schedule. I've always loved The Firm DVDs so decided to take a chance on this product. My first work out was amazing! I turned bright red and sweated a lot more than I did during my boot camp. My first week of healthy eating following The Firm's eating plan and working out helped me lose five pounds. It's probably water weight but I'll take it. I really do love this workout set and look forward to losing the rest of my weight. Giving this product two thumbs up! 03/01/2013
