Couldn't get it to work I followed the instructions 100 percent and couldn't get it to make a mold that would actually fit. It just seemed big and bulky for my small mouth. Tried it several times and then just gave up. 09/26/2010
Night Guard Night guard is good for about 2-3 weeks, kind of expensive for such a short period of time when using on a nightly basis for snoring problems or grinding teeth. Does not last the 3 months that it says on the box.The price is $19.95 everytime you buy one of these, that is rather steep in this economy. Still would recommend to a friend, it is very comfortable since you make it to fit your own mouth. Only takes a minute to do - follow recommended instruction that come with the box and you will never know you have a mouth piece when you are sleeping. 03/09/2012
Great but a little bulky I don't grind my teeth but I clench them and my jaw throughout the night and am constantly getting horrible headaches form it. Instead of paying $400 to my dentist I figure I would try this first and I am so glad I did. I followed the directions exactly and it molded to my teeth perfectly. The only down side is it does feel a bit bulky in my mouth but nothing I can't get use to. 08/20/2010
Great Product I just fitted my mouth guard last night. Wore it for the first time last night. If you read the directions you will have no problems getting this fitted. I was worried but it turned out great. I stays in place well. It was still in the same place when I woke up as when I went to sleep. My mouth did feel better in the morning.Just so you know it does come with a box to leave it in when your not wearing. I found that to be a bonus. 10/08/2009
