    Movie Description

The following content was provided by the publisher.

"Batman Begins" explores the origins of the "Batman" legend and the Dark Knight's emergence as a force for good in Gotham. In the wake of his parents' murder, disillusioned industrial heir Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) travels the world seeking the means to fight injustice and turn fear against those who prey on the fearful. He returns to Gotham and unveils his alter-ego: 'Batman', a masked crusader who uses his strength, intellect and an array of high tech deceptions to fight the sinister forces that threaten the city. "The Dark Knight": With the help of Lt. Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to destroy organized crime in Gotham for good. The triumvirate proves effective, but soon find themselves prey to a rising criminal mastermind known as The Joker (Heath Ledger), who thrusts Gotham into anarchy and forces Batman closer to crossing the fine line between hero and vigilante. "The Dark Knight Rises" is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan's "Dark Knight" trilogy. It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane.

    Rated 4.8 out of 5★ by 199reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5★ by these discs had problems All the discs skipped which made the movies unviewable 12/30/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by The Dark Knight Trilogy on Blu-ray If you're a Batman fan, you won't be disappointed. The Dark Knight comes to you via Blu-ray with UltraViolet downloading for your devices as well as multiple CDs for extra viewing. I'm not going to rate the movies themselves, but the product, as delivered, was all I could hope for in a one box trilogy set. The $30 price tag just couldn't be beat. I give this all the top marks! Enjoy! 12/17/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by I found this at a lower price here, just days before Christmas, and it shipped here in time for Christmas too. AWESOME. thank you Walmart. The blue rays are spectacular. Lots of great features. 01/04/2013
Rated 3 out of 5★ by Great buy on Blu-Ray movies... UV is useless This is a great buy for the Blu-Ray movies in the trilogy. If the code was compatible with iTunes I would be extremely impressed and this would be an amazing buy. However, the digital copy included with this purchase is only compatible with Flixster and UltraViolet. It doesn't connect in any way through iTunes, therefore if you watch your movies through that with an Apple TV or anything of the sort this is useless. Now that I have opened this movie to use the code I can't return it, and my Blu-Ray player is broken. Hooray for me, I have a useless movie set for the time being. 12/04/2012
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Fast Shipping..price is same as every where else.. wish i could have sent to store instead, but gave me no such option 12/21/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great deal for the trilogy I liked this bundle option because you can save $10 by "bundling" with nothing added to get the same item which out of the bundle costs more. 02/22/2013
Rated 5 out of 5★ by great value great set. Good value from Walmart. less than anywhere else and I had it in a couple days. 12/27/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Awesome deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every since I'd seen Batman at the movies I've been hook. I'd always wanted to own the movies but never took the time to find them, but when I saw this deal online I'd couldn't pass it up. All three Batman's including the newly released one on blu-ray for only 30 bucks, was mind blowing. I'd check on Amazon to compare the prices and still Walmart had the best deal, so before the gift set trilogy could be sold out again I quickly order an set for myself. Shipping was quick they came in less than an week. Once here there were 5 blu-ray disks and an booklet of pictures from the newest Batman movie (The Dark Knight Rises), but my favorite thing about the booklet was what was on the back. On the back of the booklet were pictures of all of Batman's enemies!!!!!!! 02/01/2013
