Really enjoy reading it and the great information it has about our bodies and food. Gives specific info on sugars, carbs, what they do to your body, what to eat in place of something not so great for you. A breakdown of our foods, what they do to you, what makes them good or bad, this was all the information I was after when I purchased this book. Could do without a lot of the mindless wording in between the informational pages--have 3 yo and a baby, no time to read all the extra stuff that I don't need. If I had time maybe I would have time for the extra stuff. Overall, good and informational. 05/01/2014
