I actually baked them and they tasted awesome.I believe with cookbook this is going to be something I will love! Can't wait to pick the next recipe that is going to help me lose weight even faster! 11/28/2011
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Bad buy The almmost first half of the book is pictures on hhoww to do basic workout mooves like sit ups wich the diiscrption does not tell u andd the rest of the book that actually has recipees are things I would never make and are very expensive dishes I love the biggest loser fammily cook book but I wiill be returning this one. I would recommenned spending the money on a budget friendly low calorie cook book sense thats what the biggest loser diet is anyy way then ull get all recipess and not have to weed througgh weight loss storys and work outs u already know. 01/25/2013
