WONDERFUL cook book I was so excited to get this cook book. I am constantly changing my recipes to try and make them healthier. They do it for you with this book! I love reading all the ways they tried to make things until they found the perfect one. I also really appreciate that when they use things like Whole Milk, (which I would normally substitute for skim) they put a note in there as to why whole milk and not others. I've tried 3 recipes, all very different and my family loved all three of them! We did a Parm. Chicken, a stir fry and blue berry muffins. Loved all of them. That's the sign of a great cook book. 03/18/2011
Great practical cookbook This is a great cookbook for anyone either starting out or adding to their collection. The recipes are healthy for the way we should be eating. They are easy with wonderful step by step guides. Every recipe has been great so far. My family loves the Everyday cinnamon rolls and the chocolate chip cookies. This would be a wonderful gift for a shower! 01/18/2011
Love this cookbook I love this cookbook. Every recipe I have tried so far has been great. This is my new favorite go to cookbook. Some of the recipes require more time than others but the end result is well worth it. You will not be sorry purchasing this book. 12/17/2010
