A Totally Unique Approach Workout 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week, and get THIN?? Eat protein, legumes and veggies four times a day and LOSE FAT?? I found it incredible but, decided to read the book. The author has more scientific evidence of his method working than any book I've ever read. If you want to find a real solution to a problem, who do you trust more -- an actress regurgitating some book she read or, a total geek who spent 10 years doing his own research and experimentation?? I choose the geek!! The book isn't only about losing fat quickly. There are chapters on gaining , optimum health and incredible male/female relations (ahem!). Based on a principle of Lowest Effective Dose, (L.E.D.), Mr. Ferriss' book shows the reader how to get the maximum result from the minimum time & effort. Fascinating! 02/03/2011

Do What He Says, and You Will See Results I'm using his basic principles, and for the first time in over 7 yrs, I'm seeing results! I find the book to be more like a medical journal than a "diet" book. It has a lot of medical terminology & explanations, but that shows the research he's done & the time he's put into it. If you stick with the program & do exactly as he says, you will see results. If you cheat on days you shouldn't, don't follow it exactly, or make excuses as to why you couldn't do certain things, you won't see the results he talks about. You have to be truly dedicated & determined in order for it to work. I've also given my mother a few of the tips from his book. She's implemented them into her daily diet and has seen results for the first time in over 30 yrs. I am very thankful that I ordered this book. 06/13/2011
best value for the $$ This was the cheapest place I found the book. Although I am only a few chapter in the book, I love it so far. It is motivating and hopefully will help out with weight loss! 08/03/2011
