More than I expected While I was disappointed that the "stick" was poly/vinyl, it is a sturdy variety and the joinder is deep enough to be safe. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pony "talked" when its ears are pinched - and that the batteries were included/installed; I had not seen that in the online listing - it probably was there, but I wasn't looking for it and it didn't jump out at me. 12/08/2010
