You can easily mount and dismount the inversion rack with the double-bar system. Connect the rack easily to the doorframe with the quick-disconnect locking brackets. It ensures easy removal also. To protect the doorframe from damage while use, it comes with door savers. The hooks and calf loops of the back pain inversion table are made of 40 percent glass nylon alloy for strength.
