I just had a hydrostatic body fat test and the % of body fat measured was the same as that measured by this scale. This is better than expected and can save folks $$ if they want to measure body stats at home. 01/22/2012
Great looking, easy to use. A regular scale motivates you only if you lose weight. However, if you are following an exercise program, you'll find further motivation with this one as you can see your fat percentage melt down even if you are not losing weight. It was very nice for me to find this fancy looking scale with these features at this low price! I recommend this without a doubt :) 11/22/2011
Great Product Performed as described. Love the BMI feature and the water weight percentage. Only down fall is you have to bend down to start the scale and switch to your user setting. Not really a big deal to bend down/over really, but it would be a great feature if the setting button was on the back of the scale and you could set it off with your foot. 01/27/2011
Read instructions Be sure to pull out the plastic tab that sticks out of the battery compartment or your scale will not work. It is insulating the battery. Be patient and read the instructions carefully. Don't expect this to be as simple to operate as a mechanical scale. But, once you understand how it operates, it is quite simple. 12/02/2010
