Love that the alarm sounds when the food meets  the temp you choose.  Is a bit complicated to use( my husband threw away the instructions) but once you figure it out smooth sailing.

Perfect for what we needed

After usage, the food quality was very good. The timer alarm was loud enough to hear and not overly annoying.

Ordered the day before Thanksgiving and it worked perfectly and has worked well the handful of times since then used. Just be cautious how you store it so you don't put ware on the wire. All in all happy.

Worked perfect for TG

This thermometer has great features. Nice large numbers so its easy to read, a magnet on the back so it would stick to most ovens, a nice stand to place on cabinet, a long wire with a long probe, large buttons and could sent Celsius or Fahrenheit. I have used it many times since I cook everyday for my family. Both the timer and the thermometer are accurate, I have checked with other timers and thermometers. I like how I can set the timer and the temperature tat the same time, at times I thing it will take an hour but the temperature probe goes off sooner.  If you are unsure what temperature you want it also show words like med, rare, pork, veal, beef or poultry. Although I find these words to small and hard to read I stick with the temperature and the timer. I love this thermometer and I use it with my grill or oven all the time
A reminder the probe is metal and gets really hot, so be sure to have an oven glove on your hand when removing it. I had to learn that the hard way, but I  won't do it again.:)  I was gifted this product so I could give an honest review.

great thermometer/great price

I think I must have gotten a lemon or the probe itself is bad. But, if you are trying to reach a desired temperature and hold that temp. It will read a lower temperature so you increase the heat and them it will catch up on the heat change which is ten degrees warmer than you wanted. I don't trust this for accuracy

Very slow to register temperature change.

The probes on these thermometers are notorious for quitting.  The machine continues to work, but the probe does not.  This is my 4th thermometer.

The probes always quit working after a few uses.

worked once then the second time,  it displayed "HHH" and nonstop peeping.  I think the cord got heat damaged. I threw away the box but will attempt to return it anyway.

Low quality product

Just lost our second meat thermometer in less than a year to the dreaded “HHH” error code. Bought this one thinking the hubby had accidentally ruined the first by having it too close to a hot grill, but this one was in a piece of chicken on a skillet inside, under my watch. Not user error, just trash probes (which you can't buy separately although they're the problem). Do yourself a favor and go with another brand. FYI-it automatically resets to 212°F before every use.

Cheap probes, short usable life, don't buy!

I purchased this thermometer a few months ago. I loved this thing when I first got it but it has stopped working out of the blue. Two months and it's done. And no, it's not the battery. Everything works except the temperature reading. Which makes it useless!

Digital thermometer

I read online pork medium should be cooked to 145°. Then I read on the side of the thermometer that it's supposed to be 160° so I changed it. Big mistake! I ruined my $22 pork roast. It's so dry and tough I can't even chew it. So upset right now….
