    Rated 5 out of 5★áby OM NOM NOM NOM! I was a little hesitant to try these because I love fresh ones at my local Asian restaurants. I decided to try these one day because I didn't want to go out to eat just to satisfy a craving for potstickers. I have never been a fan of the browned or fried potstickers, which is the "recommended" cooking method for these. I ended up boiling mine in a standard sized stock pot, making sure not to overcrowd them. Boiled them for 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes with a slotted spoon. Drained them with a spoon and served with soy sauce. They are good enough for me to buy them again! 10/25/2012

    • Keep frozen. Perishable. Cooking: please follow cooking instructionscarefully And be sure To cook thoroughly To an internal temperature of165 F. open And remove sauce packet; place in warm water To thaw.Skillet: recommended method. 1. add 2 tbsp. Of cooking oil To a non-stick skillet. 2. add frozen potstickers in a single layer And cook for1 minute on medium-high. To keep From sticking, do not move potstickers.3. add 1 cup warm water. Cover And cook for 8 minutes or until water hasevaporated. 4. uncover, cook 1 minute or until golden brown. Boil/brown:traditional method. 1. bring 8 cups Of water To a boil. 2. add frozenpotstickers And stir. 3. boil for 8 minutes. Drain. Brown if desired. Tobrown: (optional) 1. add 1 tbsp Of cooking oil To a non-stick skillet.Turn heat To medium. 2. place boiled potstickers flat side down And cookuntil golden brown. Microwave oven: not recommended. 1. place 5 frozenpotstickers in a microwave safe dish And cover with hot water. 2.microwave on high* for 5-6 minutes. Drain. Careful, water will be hot!3. brown as shown above. *Based on 1200 watt microwave. Appliances vary.Adjustments may be necessary To heat thoroughly.
