Flat Panel Console The top glass panel was received broken and the helpcenter said it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I would receive a replacement. Overall I am satisfied with the console but disappointed with the time to receive a replacement glass. I am using it without the top glass top, not pretty but functional. 01/29/2011
The biggest problem with this item The glass top was packed at the very bottom of the box instead of in the middle where it would have been more protected. as it was, the glass top arrived in crushed pieces. Now I have to wit until a replacement arrives. 01/19/2011

Great product, Poorly Packaged The TV Stand itself is great! Beautiful and sturdy, a great value and addition to any living space. However, the product is poorly packaged and we received it damaged twice through site to store. The first time the tempered glass top pieces were actually falling out of the box. The second time it all appeared to be together until we got it home and started assembly. We started to unpackage the tempered glass top and, once again, discoved it was shattered. Not only is the box not marked fragile anywhere, but the packaging is poor because the glass top is left unprotected on the bottom of the package instead of in the middle. Even when you think it's in one piece, you may discover upon closer inspection that it is indeed in pieces...a true dissapointment. We are now waiting to contact the manufacturer to see what the cost will be to replace the broken glass top... 01/15/2011
