Rated 5 out of 5 by Fitgirl62 Super Yoga Mat! I have been practicing Yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2011 and got this mat for home client training. It is solid, thick and printed very nice, easy to understand and worth the money. This came with a DVD taped to the box so look for it, I almost trashed it with the Yoga box. Watch the DVD it shows you every pose in detail and how it should be done correctly. That alone made it worth the money. Once you learn it you can use the lovely pink side, its a great color and doesn't show through the printed examples. You could then use it at a studio, and feel right at home.If your just starting out, get this mat it is perfect! 04/07/2012
