    decent phone for the money I do not have a contract with t-mobile anymore and I did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a new phone so I put my sim card in this one and it works fine. The only thing I cannot figure out is how to put music on the phone, but I can live without that. 01/07/2011

    Maybe I got a dud The first day I had it, the phone shut itself off. The longer I used it, the more it did it, until it was doing it once every couple of hours. The keys would stick. So if I pressed the button to press E, it would stick every 3rd time and go to the R. Or type ER when all I wanted was E. Like I said, maybe I got a dud, but I've NEVER had good luck with Samsung products. I've learned my lesson now and am just staying away altogether. 12/01/2010
    t349 samsung I really like the PHONE, but, tho t-mobile said I had good to great coverage in my area I was NEVER able to get into the Web2Go feature which was the only reason I bought the phone. I needed e-mail at home since I don't have a computer and it never worked for me, and t-mobile never helped me at all. Just make SURE u can use the web2go feature. Also, even making a local call from my home many times wouldn't go thru. It would show on the screen 'emergency calls only' or DNS error' plus many other things.The phone looks nice and feels great but watch out!!! 11/01/2010
