Rated 4 out of 5★ by gmallery Does it's job but... it would be nice if it came with an instruction sheet. You pretty much have to guess how to attach it based on the online pic. It doesn't come with any hardware, so you have to guess what size nails/screws and carriage bolt to use. 05/18/2010
Rated 5 out of 5★ by SwingsetDad Easy to use Just need 6 5/8"x4" carriage bolts, and it's easy. Line up the brackets, drill the holes, fasten the nuts and you're done. My brother and I tag teamed the project, and it hardly took any time. Built my swing set from scratch with 4x4 posts, and a 4x6 cross beam. Don't spend a ton of money on a kit. Just use these with the frame brackets (See the recommended product below) and it's easy and saves a ton of money. 12/29/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by lynn2boy Comes with Instructions I don't know what happened with the first reviewer. Ours came with instructions and listed all the necessary hardware. Fortunately, my husband is experienced in construction. I think for the average person, this project might pose to be a bit of a challenge. But FYI, these brackets will only work if your horizontal board (the one holding the swings) is a 4x4! We weren't aware of that until we tried to put it together and it wouldn't work. We ended up bolting it on with a 1x4 on each side at the top and that was the same difference. So that's an option too. We didn't feel this was secure enough by itself, so we bought some straight metal brackets and nailed them connecting one vertical post to the other. Turned out super sturdy...more so than how it was (originally connected to the slide structure that it came with). 07/12/2012
