Swim Teacher This is the next best thing to swimming lessons. My grandaughter is 21 months and I just hold my hand on her tummy and she swims like a fish. I can let her go and it helps her tread water. I love it. One little problem, it rubbed on her chin and caused a little rash, so before we go into the pool I just put a think layer of vaseline and no more rash! 08/03/2010
