Rated 5 out of 5 by LambrinieCakes Heritage Solar Blanket This was a great purchase. I have a 20" round above-ground pool. The cover is 21", a bit larger than my pool, so I figured I'd have to cut some off, but instead I left it and it ended up working out better that way. I just folded the extra material back over itself, so now when the wind blows the extra material blows upward and keep the dirt and leaves from blowing into the pool. I've only had the blanket for a week but the temperature in the pool has significantly increased due to the blanket. I checked the pool every few days and found the top 6-8 inches to be extremely hot, so by the end of the week my pool water was just like bath water (I'm already swimming at night). I wold also like to note, the blanket stays on top of the water even in heavy winds. We've had a couple really windy days and nights and the cover didn't move or fly away (I didn't need to secure it in any way) 05/20/2012
