This chiller arrived quickly and reached the desired temperature (57 degrees) within an hour. I even purchased a small refrigerator thermometer to confirm the chiller's digital read-out and it was spot on. Don't count on storing 20 bottles unless you only have Bordeaux shaped bottles. Haven't had it long , but it cools the wine quickly to the right temperature. It is a bit noisier than I thought it would be, but not a big issue given where it sits in my house. Compared to the prices of other brands of the same size, I think it is good value for money. 07/15/2011
Does everything I expected it to do. It appears to be manufactured by the same company that manufactured a 12-bottle I received (as a gift) from Wine Enthusiast, as it looks identical except for the logo on the front. I have only two objections: (1) the temp can not be lowered below 54 degrees. Fine for reds. But if you prefer to store your whites a few degrees lower, it's not possible; whereas the 12-bottle can accommodate lower temps. (2) it not "silent," as is the 12-bottle. You can definitely hear the motor running. Nevertheless, I recommend it heartily. 01/05/2012
