Must have If you eat rice a lot this is a must have. It is so nice to not trip over bags of rice or try to find containers to store rice in. It is also nice that you don't have to worry about measuring the rice, just push the lever and you get what you want. 11/20/2009
Works as expected Works as advertised. Only problem is if you do not push the lever all the way down before releasing it. The gate can jam and "trickle" rice through. 02/28/2009

Lots of empty unused space Good product but the design is lacking. The storage container can hold 50 lbs easily. but the design is such that it holds only 22 lbs. The dispensing mechanism takes more than half the volume of the box. I had to buy 2 to hold a 50 lb bag. 08/04/2008
