nice design, but The Sunpentown 16 bottle wine cooler actually holds 16 bottles. It has more vertical spacebetween the shelves than the Avanti andHaier 12 bottle wine coolers I own. It alsohas controls and a wine temperature displayon the front. A disappointing problem is that the temperature display is off by 6 or 7 degrees, i.e. if I set the temp to 56 the actual inside temperature is about 62 or 63. Since the lowest you can set the temperature is 52, the cooler is not going to work for white wine. 10/19/2010
Temperature control set too warm. Cannot adjust the temperature low enough.I like my wine cooler than 54 degrees, which is the lowest I can set the temperature. 12/11/2010
