I "dry fried"(cooked without oil) some perch fillets for first test, and they were crisp outside top and bottom and juicy inside.Only thing I don't like is, this machine is very noisy. When I turn it on it vibrates the whole counter top. 06/19/2010

This might be good for a single person or maybe two people who are small eaters. How many steaks could you actually fit in the oven, ribeye? 1, filet? 2 what about, chicken breast?, salmon steak? all the same issue one maybe two. Tried to bake a chicken...it was a disaster took longer than just in the regular oven and had to turn the temp up over the normal temp 350 to even get it to cook. The grate that the air comes through is not easy to clean either. Gave it to a more patient creative friend who hopefully will get some use out of it. 01/09/2010

Plus, I did not notice this does not have the Grill option on it (500*), nor is it as big as the Galloping. 03/21/2010
