This provided seating for two and storage for flower pots, potting soil, etc. It was perfect for my situation. If you own your own home, you might want something sturdier. But if you're on a tight budget, this will do fine. It just snaps together. My son did that for me in 5 minutes. 04/04/2013

I did and it took less than 10min.I purchased the deck box to store my chair and chaise cushions and for some extra seating. We have had several storms since I purchase this and it has kept my cushions dry and ready to use. Also, as promised, it is sturdy enough to use for seating as well. My only complaint is that it is just a little to small to fit all my thick cushions. I will eventually have to purchase another one to take care of all my outside storage needs. For now, it does the job without straining a tight budget. 05/13/2013
