Rated 5 out of 5★ by CaptainGym Fantastic! Just one easy fix to make The only way this rack could be better is if they would send quality bolts. I did my research first and read story after story about bolts breaking and items falling onto cars. Easy enough to fix. Before they arrived I stopped into Home Depot and picked up 8 bolts for each of the 3 racks I ordered. These racks are EASY to install. The first one took us about an hour. The other two were up in less than 20 min each, easily.Do yourself a favor and install the bolts using a socket adapter on your cordless drill. It will cut the install time by 2/3 easily. 08/31/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by mybellame Great way to store seasonal items ! Purchased our first Suncast Ceiling Storage rack several months ago and liked how it cleaned up our garage floor.... so we ordered another one ! Not too difficult to put up once you find the studs in the ceiling ! My husband stores his fishing gear, that he uses only in the summer, on one rack and the other one for Christmas items ! Great quality also ! 10/27/2012

Rated 5 out of 5★ by jcapille Great value and solid fastening I use the product to store seldom used items above my car in an apartment garage. I would not rate this product highly if I felt there were any chance of it failing and dropping those items on my baby! This product is top notch but make sure you have the proper tools and stamina for installation. I did the installation on a garage with sheetrock on the ceiling which would have been much easier with a stepstool or ladder (I used a shaky storage container) and a beefy stud finder (I used a cheap stud finder... Purchased at Wal-Mart).I also recommend using a socket wrench to drive the large stud screws home as the flat-head drive will cause a lot of frustration. Finally, if your concerned about aesthetics make sure you accurately find studs (see above), measure, and mark before drilling holes. The rack hangs from the ceiling supports so the arms won't be completely vertical unless you do this. 06/25/2014
