Rated 4 out of 5★ by MikeeH Great Shed! I actually purchased and put this exact shed up about 10 years ago and its still doing great. Its made of vinyl so there is some fading of the color but at least there is no rotted wood to be fixed or repainting to do. Its in a suburb of Philly so we do get high winds, heavy rains, heat, humidity and the occassional very heavy snow but none seemed to bother it, We had a large tree limb come down in a storm and go through the roof one year but the mfr was able to sell and ship me a new roof panel for about $50. My only recommendation is to make certain that you put it on a good foundation because the floor panels that come with it are not very solid if not supported. A good salt-treated plywood sub-floor will be sufficient. I hadn't done that so I added OSB panels on top of the vinyl floor and that fixed the issue. Yes, it will take 2 people a couple of hours to erect this shed but only because it would be combersome for one person to accomplish. 01/12/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by montana17 Cheaply made building The ad for this item say it is long lasting resin construction, its is plastic, (very cheap plastic) I assembled it in 80 degree weather, the panels warped. very thin plastic, in the sunlight I can see the imperfection in the plastic. It also states in the instructions "not for use in extreme environments" what do they consider extreme environments? They need to have temperature ratings in the ad. You need two people to assemble the unit, could be done by one, but I would not recommend it. After I assembled the unit the walls are very flimsy, I will have to install a 2x4 frame to make it stronger. I definitely would not recomend this unit. For the cost of this unit I could of had a shed made out of wood. 09/06/2012
