Rated 5 out of 5 by ccrw great product well this thing thing is great. i have had it for two months and have had no problems with it. i did get it on sale for almost half what they are asking right now but all the same i would buy it again for this price. if i had a complaint it would be that winding that much hose make sure you pull it to the front of the reel other wise it can be a little hard to wind. 04/05/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Skeeder I had a real hard time connecting the garden hose to the unit. I don't know if it was because the angle was difficult to get to or the fact that I have a heavy duty no kink hose that is kind of stiff. I ended up using plumbers tape to stop the leaking. The other thing I didn't like was the fact that the lid had to be closed while you wind the hose preventing me from seeing if it was winding straight. It wasn't winding straight which made it very hard to wind. I have arthritics and I thought this unit would make things easier for me but it made me work much harder so I returned it and got the Suncast 225' Slide Trak Hideaway Hose Reel. 02/08/2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by theguesswho Rolls the Hose I've only had this hose reel a few days but it seems ok. It is easier to reel the hose without bending so far. I just hope it holds up. It is priced about 20% higher than it should be but I needed a new one. If you're in no hurry, shop around for a better price. 06/12/2012
